

Neil Rock
Neil is from the North West of England. Started 'messing about on boats' at a very early age sailing and fishing on his family's classic yacht in the Irish Sea. He currently holds a MCA. Master 200gt. Ocean Unlimited COC. Neil honed his seamanship skills working commercial fishing vessel in waters around the UK, attaining skills that has served him well for the contemporary yachting industry. Although schooled and worked as a quantity surveyor he has never been far from the water. During the off season Neil teaches all aspects of seamanship at a local college. Neil is quite athletic, he has run 13 marathons, raced motorcyles at an expert level, climbs frozen waterfalls, plays rugby, soccer and squash. Neil has sailed all over the Caribbean and has a proven track record skippering successful charter yachts. His enthusiasm for the sea is contagious, and will guarantee his guests a vacation experience they will never forget.

Mix up pineapple juice, orange juice, lemon juice and a bottle of gin with some sugar water, and freeze overnight. Half-fill a glass with the resultant slush, and top up with ginger ale. Add a sprig of mint for a wonderfully refreshing drink.
Orange martini with home-made lime sorbet (pictured with the Suzie Q in the photographs) Shake vodka, cointreau and orange bitters over ice - pour into a martini class and add a scoop of home-made lime sorbet (an Astahaya speciality). Leave space for a second one - these are good!
Blend a banana, baileys and colada (coco lopez and white rum) with ice for a smooth and decadent drink.
Like a caipirinha, except with vodka. Squeeze one fresh lemon and two fresh limes, add vodka and fine sugar and shake over ice. Serve with citrus.
Shake equal parts of esspresso, kahlua and vodka over ice. Frost the rim of a martini glass with cocoa powder, and serve with coffee beans.
A local favourite. Mix Goslings rum with ginger beer, and squeeze in half a lime. Add a dash of bitters and serve over ice.
Like the traditional irish coffee, but made with Pussers rum, a rich spicy rum made famous as the official grog tot of the British Royal Navy.
Bland ananas juice, appelsinjuice og en flaske gin med litt sukkervann og sett blandingen i fryseren over natten. Dagen etter er dette blitt en slush. Ha halvparten slush i et glass og fyll opp med ingefærøl. Bland fersk mynte i drinken og få en forfriskende drink.
Appelsin martini med hjemmelaget lime sorbet (avbildet sammen med Suzie Q) Bland vodka, cointreau, orange bitters og is i en cocktailshaker og rist godt. Hell over i martini glass. Legg nennsomt en kule hjemmelaget lime sorbet (en av Astahayas spesialiteter) i drinken. Gi rom for en drink til – disse er gode!

Denne drinken blandes som caipirinha, men her med vodka. Press en sitron og to lime. Tilsett vodka og sukker og rist med is. Serveres med sitrus i glasset.
Shake like deler espresso, kahlua og vodka med isbiter. Frost kanten av et martiniglass med kakaopulver, og server med kaffebønner.
En lokal favoritt. Miks Goslings brun rom med ingefærøl, og skvis i en halv lime. Tilsett en dash bitter og server med isbiter.
